The European Agreement on the Transport of Hazardous Goods by Road (ADR) has been in effect since 28 October 1993. This Agreement contains new regulations and provisions for road transport in relation to the packaging, securing and labelling of hazardous goods.
The ADR regulates the classification of hazardous goods and determines the associated safety measures. It also deals with the labelling and recording of hazardous goods transport. Hazardous goods may only be transported with a hazardous goods certificate and approved vehicle. Twenty-five of our drivers have an ADR licence and are therefore entitled to transport goods in ADR classes 1.2, 2, 3, 4.1/4.2/4.3, 5.1/5.2, 6.1/6.2, 8 and 9.
We also have a valid transport permit for all waste products. This is valid in all German states and for all transports to and from Greece.
Our waste and hazardous goods representative can support you on site and work with you to ensure that your transport complies with the ADR and waste provisions.
